About Best Fleets to Drive For

The Best Fleets to Drive For survey and contest is an annual evaluation of the best employers in the trucking industry, conducted by CarriersEdge in partnership with the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA).

The survey is open to all for-hire trucking companies with 10 trucks or more, whether TCA members or not, and evaluates them against a broad range of criteria reflecting current HR best practices.
